Pack Your Equipment
Carefully repackage the product in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, cables, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure safe transit.
Ship to Showroom
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outer shipping carton and send the package via a tracked and insured courier service to our Warrington headquarters.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
